We began our journey in 2006, shortly after Hurricane Katrina destroyed our home. Finding ourselves opening a small camp store in Beautiful Little Black Creek Water Park quite by chance. The opportunity presented itself while we were camping there with our family. The little store had been closed down for a couple of years and the park administrators were going to eliminate it completely... until our inquiry. We followed procedures and within a couple of months were accepted and we signed a lease. We opened in June of that year and have never gotten tired of looking over that awesome lake right outside of our store window since.
Unfortunately in June of 2012 due to the closing of the park, we were force to close our beautiful little store. We have since purchased a store near Lake Columbia and Lake Bill Waller in Columbia, MS. We hope to supply the area with much needed supplies. Come visit us there if you are in the area. We also operate Tate Siberian Husky Rescue and have rescued many unwanted, abandoned, abused, and neglected Siberian Huskies in our area. We rehabilitate, train, care for those that cannot be placed in new homes, and adopt out balanced rescued huskies.
